I found this shop to be helpful, professional, Do what the say they tell you, call you If they find something else if unexpectable. Give an estimate before beginning any work. Pleasant workers. I was impressed with the crew at the Foothills site. Took my car in for a transmission service. They called me back and said they couldn’t do it on my car as it was a dealer job. Went in to get the car and expecting some type of bill and ready to pay. They said no charges. Great people

My son’s Tahoe broke down just outside of Yuma, we live in Scottsdale. I anticipated getting the run around or worse, ripped off. We are so lucky it was towed to Accurate Automotive. They were very professional, communicated what was going on and cost, even took off a part that ended up not being the problem. I was very impressed with their great service. Highly recommended.

Brought my car in for a second opinion, and I'm thankful I did. They discovered that I didn't need all of the services I was previously told. They always answered my questions, and my car was returned to me in great condition. I appreciate their attentiveness and customer service!!

Very professional customer service. Seem to be quite knowledgeable and have experience with foreign made vehicles. Parts required were ordered and arrived in short order. Work was completed and all appears to be working as it should. Vehicle was returned to me with exterior washed and engine compartment nice and clean. Final cost of all repairs was a bit less than quoted. Nice clean shop with waiting room tv and clean bathroom. Parts a bit pricey but appear to be of good quality. Would recommend to a friend.

Nice shop. Everyone very professional. Great service as far as clients shuttled home and then back to pick up vehicles. Downfall, I was able to find a small shop just as clean and professional that underbid Accurate by half.

My vehicle had an issue with the radiator and electric fan. Accurate Automotive, George and his crew members took care of all the issues. I waited for a while before I completed the customer satisfaction survey. I can now without hesitation recommend Accurate Automotive and say Thank You for a job well done. I made three trips to San Luis, Mexico....everyone knows how slow the return trip is moving along in a very slow line of vehicles inch by inch for the border crossing. I can assure everyone the car cooling system repaired by Accurate Automotive is now top notch and performed flawlessly!!! Thanks and hats off to Accurate Automotive!!!!!

Joe and everyone of the staff there are amazing. Passing through Yuma and had issues with my campervan, had to get towed and stay overnight in Yuma. The staff here drove me to a hotel and made it a priority to get me back on the road the next day. Best shop in town, and kind hearted people!

George and the staff over here took great care of my car. I had an issue come up after some work was done almost a year ago and he fixed it under warranty. This Company definitely stands by their work. Highly Recommend!

I've been to this location twice in three years (whenever I'm back in town during my travels) and have referred several people I know to them. On both of my visits, the service was good, the information provided was said in terms I could understand, and best of all, the cost was right there with any other mechanic I've ever been to... and with almost 300,000 miles on my Japanese import, I've been to a lot of them. George, the service guy, is friendly and approachable, and as a woman, an older woman at that, it's very important for me to find someone to service my car that will not rip me off, that will explain things in words I can understand, and whose service quality I can trust. Accurate Automotive has provided all of that for me and for the people I've sent to them over the years.

The rig's a/c wasn't working well. So I took it in and the tech hooked it up, sucked out the refrigerant and air from the lines, and replaced the proper amount of refrigerant back into the system. The a/c was barely cool. Now it's COLD. Good job... and for an hour's wait, only $54 or so.

My truck left me on the road something wrong with driveshaft. Towed it to Accurate Auto on 3rd Ave. The truck was fixed the next day replaced the center drive shaft support bearing. Well done AAA.

While down in Yuma for a month from British Columbia I had a water pump go on my truck. Jumped on the Internet and looked for a local mechanic that would be reasonably priced (considering the exchange value of the repair) and who could respond quickly. Found a national organization called Repairpal that certifies high standard shops. Accurate Automotive was one of two shops identified in Yuma. They provided estimates of work which I found helpful. I messaged them and was contacted by Gene who was fantastic with his service and customer care. I had my vehicle towed and fixed by mid next day. Courtesy car picked me up and I was back to our RV site well before dinner. Can't say enough on the service I received and would recommend Accurate Automotive to anyone local or visiting Yuma who find they need service to their vehicle. Wish we had them at home... Thanks guys 😊
